Peppermint is helpful for headaches as well as quitting smoking. I have a blend for quitting smoking that I'll post later.
7-8 drops in a diffuser will assist in alevating migraines.
Do not use peppermint without a base oil. It can cause minor skin irritations.

[glow=black,2,600]Also, peppermint is great for nausea! Just take a bit of petroleum jelly and rub it under your nose. (To prevent irritation.) Add a few drops of peppermint to the vasoline and inhaling the vapors will quickly cure a weak stomache.[/glow]

Worked GREAT!
