Steeped in a tea, Basil does a magnificent job of helping with the digestive and reproductive systems. Basil helps with gastro-related pains as well as doing a remarkable job of easing the pain of menstrual cramps.
It tastes horrible, but is highly effective.

Thanks Raven - this one I did not know and I have digestive issues! I have always shyed away from basil because I believe it is in the store bought "italian seasoning" and one of those herbs really upsets my belly and I am not sure which. Also oddly enough, ginger (which is suppose to sooth your tummy) makes me nauseated.
