A wonderful idea to help with insomnia or nightmares is to create a dream pillow.
You can use whatever herbs but I recommend lavender, sage, and/or sweetgrass.
Make a pouch with a small swatch of cheese cloth, add the herbs of your choice, then sew up and place inside your pillow. Pot pourri blends will also work well for this.
